Hotel Management & Transfers
We find the right accommodations near your event location and reserve room blocks for your participants. In addition to managing hotel bookings, we can also provide a hospitality desk at the hotels upon request. We also take care of planning and organizing transfers between the hotels and the event venue.
Exhibition & Sponsors
Want to offer your sponsors a strong platform at your event? We create sponsorship materials, send them to potential sponsors, and follow up. We also prepare an exhibitor manual, manage registrations, and coordinate and support the exhibition on site.
